Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment. Emergency cases always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please understand that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We strive to accommodate same day appointments for sick pets.

Drop-off appointments are sometimes available for fully vaccinated, healthy pets. A 'drop off' means you may be able to bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments. Drop offs are determined on a case by case basis by the doctor.  

Pre Payment Policy
Due to increase demands for appointments and an increase in missed appointments, a pre-paid deposit will be required to schedule all services after the first occurrence. The deposit is refundable if you cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment or if you no-show your appointment the deposit is non-refundable. When you show up to your appointment deposits will be applied to your visit. Our goal is to provide quality, individualized care in a timely manner. No-shows, late shows, and last minute cancellations inconvenience those clients and their pets who are in need of veterinary care. We appreciate your understanding! 
  

Patient Arrival Policy

In the event that a client arrives late to their appointment we will do our best to work you into our schedule. However, if we are unable to we will reschedule your appointment to another day. Please have dogs on leashes and cats in carriers prior to entering the waiting room. For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. We prefer dogs be on a standard 6 foot leash and not on a retractable leash as these can cause injuries to other pets and people. If on a retractable leash, please keep the leash short. We have leashes available for you to use if needed. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. We offer Care Credit as of 5/18/22.
